Bradbourne Re-bourne (Bradbourne Lakes) - Lead Consultant / Landscape Architect

The District Council of Sevenoaks invites tenders for a specialist consultant - Landscape Architect to lead Bradbourne Re-Bourne development phase and prepare to submit NLHF Delivery Phase application, including Activity Plan, Audience Development Plan, Management and Maintenance Plan. The Contract Term is intended to be from January 2025 to December 2025 (although this may be extended to Spring 2026 if the delivery phase application submission to the Heritage Fund is delayed). The Council's specific requirements are set out in the Specification (Schedule 3 of the ITT).
