## Description

DCMS is seeking to appoint a Provider to monitor and evaluate the Youth Covid-19 Support Fund \(YCSF\)\. This will be an independent evaluation of the fund, which will be delivered by a separate grant delivery partner appointed by DCMS\. DCMS is running a mini-competition using the Crown Commercial Services Framework RM949 Lot 4 for Grant Programme Evaluation Services\. The service will be contracted on Framework terms
