Description
The scope outlines the next phase of the Target Operating Model (TOM) programme, specifically focused on developing and rationalising an organisation-wide capability model. This initiative builds on previous TOM and capability work and will incorporate outputs from the Activity-Based Improvement (ABI) initiative led by Transformation. Objective. The primary objective is to establish a clear, standardised capability model across NRS. All organisational capabilities will be categorised into three broad groups - Core; Demand; Strategic.
