CS5008 Childcare Provision for Children with Complex Additional Needs 2016-18

There are many young children in Tower Hamlets with complex additional needs, who would not be able to access childcare, if staff: children ratios were not higher than the legal requirement to facilitate one-to-one support. The service will support the commissioned childcare provider(s) to employ staff over the required staff: children ratios to provide additional support to children with complex additional needs and to provide additional support to parents with regard to the transition to school.
