Strategic Housing Market & Local Housing Needs Assessment

Description

The London Borough of Sutton is seeking to commission consultants to undertake a Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) and confirm Sutton's Local Housing Need (LHN). The commission will principally comprise an analysis of Sutton's local housing market, including an assessment of current and future housing needs in terms of size, type, condition, and tenure. The work will confirm Sutton's LHN figure using the Government's 'Standard Method'.
