Wyre Forest District Council wish to appoint a Contractor to work with the Council to develop a Hardware Free comprehensive footfall data collection solution for the three North Worcestershire Town Centres of Redditch, Bromsgrove and Kidderminster to provide information about town centre performance and to assess the impact of town centre developments and investments on pedestrian movement.
