Description
The IP telephony footprint at the Department for Education has reduced by almost 90% following a change in strategy and has been further escalated by the need to appropriately respond to COVID. However, there is still residual requirement to provide IP telephony services for a number of use cases, which will be supplied under this Call-Off Contract: - Meeting Room Phones - Resilience Desk Phones - Facilities/Reception Phones - Ministerial Phones - Fax Lines IP telephony services will be delivered to each of the department's sites directly via public internet connections. The Call-Off Contract will also include the supply of pre-configured hardware to support the IP telephony offering, alongside implementation services, DDI porting and end user admin training. Initial term - 14/07/21 - 13/07/24 Extension Options - 2 years (1 + 1).
