Work description
1. Purpose - provide legal advice and guidance in support of a Public Procurement project for Digital Services and Support.
2. Scope and deliverables - a. Provide ad hoc legal / Commercial advice and guidance to the project team. b. Review procurement documents for completeness c. Finalise the draft Contract Order Form d. Support the drafting and finalisation of the contract terms / conditions and schedules.
