## Description

The University's vision is to expand the existing Severn Campus via the creation of an Outdoor Covered Cricket Facility \(OCCF\)\. The University wishes to appoint a Cost \(Quantity Surveying\) Consultancy with the relevant experience to provide cost advice as part of the development of the Concept plans \(to obtain planning permission\), prepare tender information to allow a contractor to be appointed under a 2-stage JCT D&B contract, work with the University and appointed Consultants to obtain best value, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and value for money\. The University is running a mini-competition using the Construction Surveying Consultancy Services lot from University of Birmingham's Build Higher framework\.
