## Description

RBFA is seeking to appoint a new service provider \(Contractor\) to provide planned and reactive maintenance for HVAC, Gas Safety Installations and Inspections including plumbing services where this does not form part of a building maintenance project\. The service provider \(Contractor\) will provide the service across the property portfolio\. The final contract will be awarded as a JCT 2016 measured term contract\.
