## Description

Provision of a UKAS accredited general building works support contractor to primarily aid the area surveyors managers \[ASM\] and secondly the in-house direct labour organisation \[DLO\] and with the maintenance of council dwellings\. This arrangement will permit the contractor to undertake the accrued backlog and perform as a contingency service provider if other contractors fail to perform\.
