## Description

- To provide risk advice on the approach including consideration of procurement, commercial, state-aid and competition law risks \(where relevant\) and the structuring of the commercial contract\. - Advising on and reviewing draft client competition documents as required\. - To provide advice and assistance in the preparation of all of the draft contracts \(\(x 5\) - which includes bespoke and project specific drafting amendments\), supporting any negotiations and completing, potentially, 5 sets of contracts \(assuming individual suppliers for each Lot are appointment\)\.
