## Description

BIS Research & Evaluation Framework - Lot 5 The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council \(EPSRC\) wishes to commission a study to explore the impact of its investments in 'High Performance Computing' \(HPC\) infrastructure funded primarily for academic research over the last 10 years\. It also wants to benchmark these investments with other UK HPC investments and those made in France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the HPC landscape in its investments operate\.
