1.The provision of relevant financial, technical, and regulatory information for the discharge of the GLA's treasury function and shared service 2. The provision of advice to the GLA's shared service participants, collectively and individually, as an independent check on the GLA's treasury function and shared service 3. The provision of commentary to LTLF's investors collectively, as an independent check on LTLF's activities
