## Description

MHRA South Mimms requires a specialist cleaning contractor to provide cleaning services for its Cleanroom Suites usually after Planned Preventative Maintenance \(PPM\)\. There are various cleanrooms on site which may require this service, however, the main area is the Manufacturing Suite and UK Stem cell bank which will require cleans once or twice per year, depending on facility Planned maintenance\.
