The Works include the design and construction of  BMS control module design\.  Completion of structural design for chiller support steels\.  Completion of structural design for chilled water ancillaries support steels\.  Completion of Big Foot access platform design\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
