Work description
The project being appraised is for an acquisition of a strategic site in Coventry to support the continued growth of the City anchored by JLR Global Headquarters. The proposal is to acquire the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) that the 5.02ha of land is held in and such corporate entity acquisitions are considered to be 'novel and contentions'.
