## Description

Walsall Council is seeking to procure a Cloud Based EBS archiving solution, to archive historic financial data that is not being moved over to the OneSource system\. The service shall support Walsall Council and the ICT strategy to reduce the holding of data on site\. The data is to be stored on the supplier's servers and the supplier will advise and update licences, while allowing easy access for Walsall staff to obtain the documents if and when required\.
