## Description

The Transport Hub at East Sussex County Council manage the delivery of Home To School Transport \(HTST\) services for children and young people including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities \(SEND\)\. Many of our SEND passengers receive home to school travel assistance in the form of a contracted taxi or minibus\. Every Driver and Passenger Assistant is responsible for the safety and well being of the students they transport when undertaking East Sussex County Council HTST contracts\. This is a stipulation of our supplier agreement
