Limited WSP UK Limited Ove Arup &amp; Partners Limited The West Yorkshire Combined Authority \(the CA\) and its partner councils is seeking Multi-disciplinary support for the development of the Leeds City Region Transforming Cities and other Funded Programmes and associated packages of projects\. The successful tenderer/s will Work with the Combined Authority and its partner councils to ensure that all necessary technical work and tasks are completed to enable projects to complete Full Business Cases aligned to the West Yorkshire Combined Authority's Assurance Framework\. To facilitate TCF to successfully deliver £480m of interventions across Leeds City Region in line with funding requirements set out by primary funders the Department for Transport\. The CA and its partners is seeking to establish a Framework to meet our needs\. The Framework will be for an initial two \(2\) year term with two 12-month optional extensions to be applied annually up to a maximum of two \(2\) years \(maximum contract term of 4 years\) with a total value range of £5m up to £20m\. Lot 1: Bus stations - £1\.5m up to £6m\. Lot 2: Highways Schemes - £3\.5m up to £14m\. The Framework will be available for the use of the CA and its partner councils, namely, The Borough Council of Calderdale, The Council of the Borough of Kirklees, The Council of the City of Wakefield, City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Leeds City Council, North Yorkshire County Council, Selby District Council, Harrogate Borough Council, Craven District Council, City of York Council\.
