Supply of Fax/ Printer Consumables

The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a supplier of its Toner and Fax Cartridges for a period of 6 months. A list of detailed requirements along with the estimated usage over a six month period is provided within the Schedules D & E of the Invitation to Tender document.

This process is expected to represent a commitment of approximately 95% of the Trust's requirements. Following the award of the contract you will requested to price up the remaining (approximately 5%) of products, however, the Trust reserves the right to purchase these items elsewhere if it feels the pricing is not advantageous.

An e-auction process will be carried out for this requirement.

Additional information: Zero pricing indicates that contract value cannot be determined at this time. Contract start and end dates are indicative and will depend on successful completion of the procurement.
