## Description

This award notice relates to an apprenticeship Service Designer Level 6 for one member of staff within the MCAs IT directorate\. Undertaking this apprenticeship will enable the individual to improve redesign services currently offered and will assist with the ongoing development of existing services propositions to meet the needs of the user as well as the MCA and other stakeholders\. This requirement was undertaken through Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) Apprenticeship Training Dynamic Marketplace, framework reference number RM6102\.
