Work description
To OCCUPIED industrial building: over-roof of existing built-up asbestos cement roof comprising new Ashgrid spacer system, plastisol coated steel roof sheets (no rooflights) c/w ridge flashings, mineral fibre insulation infill, membrane-lined galvanised steel eaves and valley gutters, parapet linings and capping, new cladding rails to suit raised roof height, temporary removal and reinstatement/extension of all penetrations, flues and vents and supply and install of additional ridge roof ventilators. All asbestos-cement parapet inner linings and some ridge flashings (to accommodate vent installations) to be removed. All to Units 6-12 Piperell Way, Haverhill CB9 8PH.
