## Description

NHS NW London ICB required the provision of Workforce Barriers to Leadership Analysis with the purpose to undertake an Integrated Care System \(ICS\) system-wide analysis directly with defined staff groups to understand the current qualitative barriers to career progression for black and minority ethnic staff members\. The output of the review would be the key findings and recommendations for transformational change, both qualitative and quantitative\.
