Housing Multi-trade

This project is for the development and delivery of a housing estate procurement strategy to support Leeds Building Service's (LBS) direct workforce, replacing the current external contracts which fall under the 'housing sub-contractor frameworks'. These arrangements currently provide coverage through specific elemental trade contracts and Leeds Building Services are now looking to bring these elements together for the housing estate portfolio of works.
