The appointment of construction delivery specialists to support the developing plans for a new railway station at Rugby Parkway\. The objective in obtaining construction deliverability assurance \(CDA\) for the Grip 3\+ stage is to ensure the design developed under the Lead Designer contract is the optimal construction solution, with risks clearly understood and quantified\.
