Work description
ExtraCare is seeking to appoint a single Service Provider to undertake fire risk assessments and associated services for ExtraCare village locations, schemes, Head Office and retail units.
The initial firm period of the contract is expected to be 3 years, with possible extensions of 2 years. The estimated total contract value over the full 5 years is £65,000.
