The SIA require Solicitors in Northern Ireland to provide legal services\. The supplier will be instructed to provide legal services in the form of legal advice and representation on behalf of the SIA, more specifically concerning: • Criminal prosecutions before courts in Northern Ireland • Regulatory appeals • Claims for judicial review before the appellate courts in Northern Ireland • Inquests before the Coroner's Court in Northern Ireland; and • Employment Tribunal claims before Employment Tribunals in Northern Ireland\.
