outsourced casework services

This is a procurement notice for outsourced services support for the investigation and determination of housing complaint cases. How to apply and the requirements of the service are detailed in the attachments provided. Only suppliers who have provided similar investigative complaint handling dispute resolution services for Ombudsman Schemes or the regulatory industry will be considered.

Additional information: Where suppliers have clarification questions, these can be submitted by email to rdcruz@housing-ombudsman.org.uk during the clarification period as stipulated in "Procurement 2019 outsourced case work services" . Anonymised questions and their related responses will be published on our website on a regular basis over the clarification period. Interested suppliers are encouraged to frequently check for updates.
