Description
This is an award notice for a scheme which requires two carers and one vehicle who can travel to any household within the allocated area to provide support between 10pm and 7am. The service is required 7 days per week. The group of people supported will vary according to need. The service is going to be expanded across 5 market towns across the county from May 2018 and the contract will run to 31st March 2019.
