Housing Growth Support

Capacity to take forward the Tees Valley housing delivery plans and support progression on a housing deal with Government. Including to; set out the current housing investment in Tees Valley, Identify a prioritised shortlist of sites from the identified pipeline of 70 sites for housing growth in Tees Valley, together with barriers to delivery and the brokerage of deals to bring those sites forward, build a case for the unlocking of sites where necessary and develop the Tees Valley operating model for housing growth in liaison with Homes England.
