Martinfield - Path resurfacing and associated external works

Progress Housing Group are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete an External Works Improvement Scheme at Martinfield, Penwortham, Preston PR1 9HJ as per specification in attached Tender Document. The appointed contractor is to undertake the role and duties of Principal Contractor on the site, properties within it will be fully occupied and in use throughout the contract. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and in accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations.

Site Visit

Contractors must visit the site and ascertain for themselves the exact nature of the proposed works. Access can be arranged by attending site and contacting the Scheme Manager via the pull cord system.
