GB-National: Green Walls & Green, Blue and Brown Roofs - service and maintenance

Clarion Housing Group is looking for a national contractor to deliver the maintenance and repair of green walls, green roofs, brown roofs, and blue roofs at the locations (as listed, but not limited to the assets alongside which the Contractor's name appears in the Schedule of Properties). The assets in this contract are not specific to one location and will be nationwide in the UK. The objective of the Contract is to place with the Contractor the sole responsibility for providing a fully inclusive maintenance and repair contract of Clarion's green walls, green roofs, brown roofs, and blue roofs assets.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
