## Description

Extra Care is accommodation-based services for Newham residents who are Care Act eligible with a wide range of needs such as mental health, learning disabilities, autism, physical disability etc\. Extra Care accommodation based support that enables adults to live in their own home with the help they need to be independent\. The service offer enables the Council to meet its statutory obligations\. The London Borough of Newham intends to procure to deliver Extra Care Housing \(ECH\) Services to Cardamom Court and Hedgerow Court\. The procurement method will be a open tender under the light touch threshold\. The contract also has a potential 6 month extension\.
