Torridge District Council wishes to appoint an experienced consultant to undertake a master planning study for the potential transformation of the town centre and to create an inspiring, future-thinking and environmentally-considerate proposal via ESPO Framework Agreement 664-17 Consultancy Services. This work will form the core of our Future High Streets Fund application.
