The contract to undertake the works will be awarded on the basis of NEC 3 Engineering and Construction Contract: Option A (Priced Contract with Activity Schedule) amended as provided within the tender pack.

The works are to undertake improvement works along the Victoria North / Eastern Walking and Cycling Route, Phase 1B comprises of two separate locations Pollard Street / Great Ancoats Street Junction and Old Mill Street, the scheme identified as Victoria North / Eastern Walking and Cycling Scheme Phase 1B.

The works will be undertaken in the following locations: • Area A Pollard Street / Great Ancoats Street Junction • Area C Old Mill Street Junction
