Castle Point Borough Council \(the Council\) is seeking to obtain quotes and award a contract for the provision of window cleaning services at the Main Council Offices, 2 Leisure Centres and across the 8 sheltered housing schemes and a number of blocks of flats\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
