## Description

The Competition and Markets Authority \(CMA\) proposes to conduct a market study into legal services\. The purpose of this market study is to examine whether competition in the legal services sector in England and Wales \(E&W\) is working effectively for individual consumers and a subset of small enterprises, and – if not found to be working well – how it might be improved\. The CMA’s requirement, as part of the market study, is for: Strand 1 1\. Quantitative and qualitative research with members of the general public who have used at least one legal service1 in the last year
