LEGAL SERVICES MARKET STUDY (STRAND 1)

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) proposes to conduct a market study into legal services. The purpose of this market study is to examine whether competition in the legal services sector in England and Wales (E&W) is working effectively for individual consumers and a subset of small enterprises, and – if not found to be working well – how it might be improved. The CMA’s requirement, as part of the market study, is for: Strand 1 1.
