21/010 The Provision of Net Zero Carbon Baseline Reporting Services

Tamworth Borough Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced specialist contractor to research and identify a carbon baseline for the Council's operations to support its aims of becoming a net-zero carbon organisation by 2050, or by 2030 if financially viable.
