Lot 3 -Upgrade of dwelling fire detection to LD1 within High Rise Housing Blocks

The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to upgrade the existing fire detection within dwellings in the following High Rise Blocks

1. 1-48 Wellings House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (48No.Two bed dwellings)

2. 1-48 Fitzgerald House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (48No.Two bed dwellings)

3. 1-48 Glenister House, This is a general needs High Rise Building consisting of 48 Dwellings (48No.Two bed dwellings)

The works include, but not limited to the Design, supply, installation, commissioning and hand-over of complete and fully functional LD1 Fully Interlinked Fire Detection System within 144No Two bed dwellings across 3No High Rise general needs Housing Blocks.

The Installer is expected to provide his rates for the entire Schedule of Works (SOW) listed even if the work is to be performed by a sub-Installer or specialist Contractor. It is the Tenderer's responsibility to obtain the required rates from specialist sub-Contractors to complete the pricing schedule.

No access to dwellings available during tender period
