South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue \(the Employer\) aim to appoint a fit out/construction firm with the capability and capacity to manage the re-design of several ground floor areas at the Training & Development Centre based on Beaver Hill Road in Sheffield\. Work includes; minor construction, M&E, dry lining, joinery, decoration and procurement/the provision of furniture as per specifications\. SYFR is invoking the right to employ economic operators whose registered office is located within the South Yorkshire region only \(DN and S postcode areas\)\.
