Tender for Garden Waste Disposal Services

The purpose of this tender procedure is to secure a partner for the acceptance and processing of household garden waste for composting together with a small amount of the Councils' own parks waste for the Borough Council of Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and East Northamptonshire Council acting as a Waste Collection Authorities. The Council proposes to enter into a contract from 1st March 2018 for an initial period of two years. The Council retains the option of extending the contract by up to three further one year periods, making a total possible contract length of up to five years
