## Description

Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council \(the Council\) require a single contractor to undertaken internal / external refurbishment works to domestic void properties prior to addition to the Broxtowe housing portfolio and rental by tenants\. • Works may be required to approx\. 20 properties per year/ • The successful contractor would enter into a JCT Measured Terms contract with an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months at the Council's discretion\. • This opportunity is being offered using a mini-competition via the EEM0056-Property Improvement & Decarbonisation framework, Lot 1-Domestic and Commercial Property Improvement Works\.
