## Description

Commissioning of a research project with the aim to gather an understanding of child sexual abuse \(CSA\) perpetrator behaviour in end-to-end encrypted environments \(E2EE\)\. The research will be crucial in furthering Ofcom's understanding of the landscape of the harm and accurately develop measures under the Online Safety Regime\.
