Work description
Award of a Call of Contract under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Street Food Training for residents of HMP Wormwood Scrubs who shall train prisoners to make street food with the intention to cater for onsite events, staff and visitors to purchase. Additionally, it will involve learning about street food as a business and participants will gain an NVQ equivalent level 1 business qualification.
