Work description
The CSSF Combatting Illicit Economies Programme ("CIEP") partners with countries in Latin America to tackle threats including serious organised crime, grand corruption and instability/conflict. Primarily, it does this through an illicit economies approach: tackling corrupt and criminal networks operating transnationally through a focus on illicit and criminal financing which sustains these threats. In Panama, CIEP works with a number of state institutions providing expert assistance to strengthen financial crime response. This contract will involve providing assistance to improve capacity to superintend non-financial services.
