## Description

A programme of improvement to include support with: coaching the Performance Assurance Committee to help drive the performance maturity agenda and consider appropriate Key Business Questions \(KBQs\); Board workshop to look at the wider PM agenda; and revisit HEE's maturity assessment and verify whether the organisation has made the necessary improvements\.
