## Description

I am pleased to inform you that your company has been selected for a Direct Award for the Provision of Legal Advisers for the Northern Deed of Amendment and therefore we would like to award the contract to you\. The call-off contract shall commence on the 6 th September 2021 and the expiry date will be 1 st March 2022 for a period of seven \(7\) months\.The total contract value will be up to £60,000 excluding VAT\. There can be no further extensions to this contract\.
