Description
The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) have awarded the contract for Provision of Monitoring and Evaluation Provider for Exiting Poverty in Rwanda (EPR) programme to Oxford Policy Management (OPM). The service provider will deliver an independent Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning services to support FCDO and Government of Rwanda monitor and assess the performance of the national social protection programme, the Vision 2020 Umurenge Programme (VUP) and Social Protection Strategic Plan (SP_SSP) to assess its impact in reducing poverty and vulnerability in Rwanda. The outputs of the MEL project will help improve the delivery of the Exiting Poverty in Rwanda Programme (EPR) and strengthen social protection policy and programming in Rwanda. The contract value is £947,787 and has an extension option of up to 15 additional months and a budget increase of £600,000. This contract was award following a mini competition under The Global Evaluation and Monitoring Framework Agreement (GEMFA) Lot 3.
